NBLT offer a wide range of facilities to suit all ages and abilities, from tiny tots to senior citizens. With the largest swimming pools in the area, fantastic ‘health & fitness’ gyms and a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities including five-a-side football, hockey, squash and badminton, to name but a few. There really is something for everyone.
We also offer a comprehensive swim scheme, from advanced swimmers to complete beginners. Our Swimming Development Scheme follows the ASA National Teaching Plan for the teaching of swimming.
